Temperature Controls
The K Company has been involved in the design, installation and service of temperature control systems since our beginning in 1972. In 1983, The K Company became a true computerized temperature controls contractor when we became the first Novar Controls distributor. In 2001, we became one of only several Novar Technology Centers in the world.
The K Company has installed the Novar Logic One System in such places as:
- B.F. Goodrich World Headquarters
- Timken World Headquarters
- Bank One Headquarters
- Goodyear
We provide off-site monitoring of the heating and cooling systems in the facilities 24-hours a day. All operation is controllable from our office, and all buildings are monitored for alarm conditions. Service can be dispatched to correct a malfunction around the clock.
