Service Technician
Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Technician (HVAC & R)
The successful candidate will exhibit proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting and repair of all types of environmental heating and cooling systems, process heating and cooling systems as well as refrigeration systems. This will include, but is not limited to, Rooftop HVAC equipment, air handlers and associated duct systems, chillers, boilers, pumping systems and associated piping, all types of exhaust and ventilation systems. A working knowledge of wiring diagrams, schematics and architectural/mechanical blueprints. Pneumatic and direct digital controls experience is a must.
Other Qualifications:
- EPA Certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented team player with a "can do" attitude
- Valid Driver's License - no violations or restrictions
- Able to pass drug test (Drug free company)
- Able to pass personal background test (No police arrests or convictions)
- Be aware of and remain responsible for his or her truck inventory and tools
- Attend company meetings and all pertinent company functions as required
- Completion of a Trade or Vocational School 3-5 years HVAC Commercial/Industrial/Residential experience
